Qigong for Beginners:
Simple sets for everyone. 5 Elements/Taoist 5, 8 Brocades (Ba Duan Jin), Five Animal Qigong, Foundational Flow, 3 Treasures, and more. To improve health and well being, improve Qi flow, and promote mindfulness and relaxation.
Qigong/Tai Chi Classes Can Include:
Chair Qigong
Seated qigong is a gentle mind-body exercise that adapts traditional standing movements for use while sitting. Great practice for seniors, recovery from injuries, or anyone with limited mobility. Coordinated breathing and gentle movement to cultivate and circulate energy for improved health and relaxation.
Qigong Flows
A personalized collection of warmups, stretches, exercises, routines and experimentations.
Soaring Crane Qigong
Characterized by its graceful movements, with an emphasis on connecting with nature and the body’s energy flow. Promotes flexibility, balance and coordination.
Longevity Exercises
Based on Wang Ji Wu set given out by acupuncture clinics for the health of patients. Used for physical therapy, recovery, flexibility. An all-encompassing set for physical, internal, and meditative practice.
Tai chi/Taijiquan
Yang style long form, Spiral Form, Square Form, Circle Form
Yi Jin Jing (Muscle/Tendon Changing Classic)
Based on Kung Fu and Shaolin training. Sometimes referred to as Iron Shirt Qigong. Cultivate and strengthen the body’s internal energy. Develop vigor, resilience and physical strength.
Medical Qigong
Strengthen our healing abilities to heal ourselves and others. Learn Chinese Medicine principles: Meridians, 5 Element theory, Diagnosis. Practice of self healing : Self Massage /Chi Nei Tsang, Bone Marrow Qigong, Healing sounds, Color Therapy and more.
Cosmic Qigong Outdoor Class - Qigong acknowledges the profound influence of celestial bodies and their energies on us and incorporates this understanding into our practices. This can help us connect into the rhythms of the universe. By practicing Qigong during these times, we harmonize our internal qi with the greater cycles of Heaven and Earth.

Sitting and Standing meditations such as Microcosmic Orbit, Five main postures (Zhang Zhuang), Inner Smile meditation, Wu Zang meditation, Mantras-Inner Dialogue, Breathing exercises
