Qigong Classes (60 Minutes)
Qigong - Level 1 - Tue 6:30pm, Wed 6:30pm
Simple sets for everyone. 5 Elements/Taoist 5, 8 Brocades (Ba Duan Jin), Five Animal Qigong, Foundational Flow, 3 Treasures, and more. To improve health and well being, improve Qi flow, and promote mindfulness and relaxation.
Chair Qigong
Seated qigong is a gentle mind-body exercise that adapts traditional standing movements for use while sitting. Great practice for seniors, recovery from injuries, or anyone with limited mobility. Coordinated breathing and gentle movement to cultivate and circulate energy for improved health and relaxation.
Qigong - Level 2
Focus on strengthening and deepening essential practices.
Qigong - Level 3
Focus on spiritual cultivation and deepening advanced practices.

Soaring Crane Qigong
Characterized by its graceful movements, with an emphasis on connecting with nature and the body’s energy flow. Promotes flexibility, balance and coordination.
Medical Qigong
Strengthen our healing abilities to heal ourselves and others. Learn Chinese Medicine principles: Meridians, 5 Element theory, Diagnosis. Practice of self healing : Self Massage /Chi Nei Tsang, Bone Marrow Qigong, Healing sounds, Color Therapy and more

Tai Chi Classes (60 minutes)
Tai chi/Taijiquan - Level 1 - Sunday 1:00pm
Yang style long form; Section 1 - First 19 sequences. Basic principles, essential points, major postures. Taichi Level I is offered every semester
Tai chi/Taijiquan - Level 2 - Starting Winter Session
Yang style long form; Sections 1 & 2 - First 73 sequences. Intro of basic energies.
Tai chi/Taijiquan - Level 3 - Starting Spring Session
Yang style Long form; Sections 1,2, &3 - All 108 sequences.
Tai chi/Taijiquan - Level 4 - Starting Summer Session (2026)

More Classes (60 minutes)
Longevity Exercises - Sunday 1:00pm Based on Wang Ji Wu set given out by acupuncture clinics for the health of patients. Used for physical therapy, recovery, flexibility. An all-encompassing set for physical, internal, and meditative practice.
Lunch Break - Weekdays - 12:15 (30 min class)
Runs all year. Always Live Streamed. Variety of quick practices for guidance and re-centering for people with limited practice time.
Iron Shirt Chi Kung
Based on Kung Fu and Shaolin training. Cultivate and strengthen the body’s internal energy. Develop vigor, resilience and physical strength.
Cosmic Qigong Qigong acknowledges the profound influence of celestial bodies and their energies on us, and incorporates this understanding into our practices. This can help us connect into the rhythms of the universe. By practicing Qigong during these times, we harmonize our internal qi with the greater cycles of Heaven and Earth.
Youth Classes - After School Programs - Weekdays 3-5pm
A fun and engaging way for young people to train their body and minds, and develop healthy habits.
