Qigong is a daily practice that incorporates training for the mind, body, and spirit. For us, Qigong is a key to a long, happy and healthy life.

Broadly speaking it is an ‘internal art’ - a path of transformation. From disease to health, from childhood to old age, from holding pain to expressing love, from scarcity to abundance, from low to high vibration, from fear to presence, from weakness to strength, from feeling lost to feeling peace…

Through the training of specific movements, the practice of meditation and connection, and the study of philosophy and spiritual teachings, we give structure and a method to train in these ancient arts so that we can practically apply them in our lives.
