Silent walks for contemplation and observation. Usually 60 minutes - varying fitness levels
Nature embodies wisdom and balance. By observing and learning from nature, we gain insights to Qigong principles - particularly the concepts of 'effortless action', transformation, and humanity's place in a larger process of the Universe.
In Qigong theory Nature is seen as a teacher, and its cycles and patterns are observed as a guide for the way we live. We are not separate from Nature, but rather part of the natural world and we can learn to live in accordance with its principles.
We are so fortunate to live in the Rocky Mountains, and we try and do as much of our practice where the Qi is strong!
